Who We Are
Sober.com has been the innovative leader in Internet marketing for the addictions and recovery industry since going LIVE in December of 2000. What started as a simple “housing” directory soon grew into a full-fledged directory encompassing the continuum of care. Recognizing the rapid changes on the Internet led Sober.com to a complete revamping of the site and incorporating additional user friendly features like chat, forums and blogs.
For over three years, Sober.Com provided free professional coaching in our Forums by Licensed Psychotherapists. We experienced a reduction in ad revenue, thus guiding us to move into the clinical realm of the Net. The company was founded by a clinician originally as a referral source knowing the window of willingness for those seeking help is very, very short. I wanted people to be able to be able to locate their “best fit” quickly and easily. The company experienced continued growth and with demonstrated foresight, began building out “sobersystems” in 2004. We believed we had a great solution for continuing care, tracking client success and reporting outcome post treatment for the industry. This proved to be too far ahead of the curve and we re-tooled to bring it back as Recovery Coaching.

We have a vision of developing a National Provider Network servicing multiple payors, and utilizing this software to manage Recovery Coaches, Clients and Contracts.
